25 g buko-pandan gelatin1 sachet
200 ml all-purpose cream1 can
395 g condensed milk1 can
6 pt buko (coconut)(use buko meat), grated into strips
420 g whole corn kernels1 can
How to make Buko Pandan

Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Once cooled, cut into small cubes. Set aside.

In a big bowl, combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well. Add gelatin,buko, and corn. Mix again.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
