Lechon or Roasted/Suckling pig in English is one of the favorite dishes served at banquets, banquets, occasions such as birthdays, baptisms, weddings and especially at festivals. It is often prepared in the middle of the dining table which fascinates the guests. The pork used to make lechon usually weighs from 4-5 kilos.
The beef and chicken and also known in this way of cooking called Lechon Baka and Lechon Manok.
Currently, the cost of lechon ranges from one thousand pesos (lechon de leche - for over 20 people) to five thousand pesos (30 kilos of pork - for 100-150 people)
